1. Scope of Services

CS Raptor Limited offers remote support focused on digital growth strategies, business management consultancy, and project coordination. We do not provide regulated financial, legal, trust, insurance, or banking services.

All services are delivered as administrative and consultancy support designed to help your business or creative venture grow.

2. Client Due Diligence

While CS Raptor Limited is not a regulated entity, we follow responsible onboarding procedures. Clients may be asked to provide basic identification and/or business details as part of compliance and to ensure service compatibility and prevent misuse.

3. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued as per the agreed schedule.

  • An upfront payment is required in advance for all work (subject to the scope) paid by way of a one-off set-up fee.

  • Payments are due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.

  • All payments are made in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.

4. Service Delivery and Changes

  • We will provide services according to the agreed scope and timelines.

  • Changes or additions to the agreed services may require a new agreement or adjustment in fees.

  • We strive to maintain clear communication and will notify you promptly of any changes affecting service delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

All services are provided on an informational and administrative basis. CS Raptor Limited disclaims liability for any legal, financial, or regulatory decisions made by clients based on our services.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

We adhere to applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, to safeguard your personal and business data.

Your information will be used only for the purpose of delivering services and complying with legal obligations, per our Privacy and Cookies Policies.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiations and mediation before pursuing formal legal action.

8. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree to use it lawfully and not engage in harmful or disruptive activities.

Where applicable, and for clients in the UK, the UK laws may apply, but this does not exclude international clients being subject to Cyprus jurisdiction for any disputes.

Clients outside Cyprus and the UK agree that disputes will be resolved under Cyprus law and jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
